Jay Williams duke championship-worn autographed shorts

Jay Williams wore these shorts in multiple games throughout the 2000-01 season, including during the NCAA National Championship game, in which Williams and the Blue Devils defeated Arizona, giving Coach Mike Krzyzewski his third National Championship at Duke. Williams, then known as Jason, iced the game by drilling a three-pointer with under 2 minutes remaining, giving the Blue Devils an eight point lead. He started all 39 games that season, and led all NCAA Tournament scorers averaging 25.7 PPG.

Williams had a legendary career at Duke, earning countless accolades including ACC Rookie of the Year and National Freshman of the Year, NABC Player of the Year his sophomore season (while wearing this item), and the Naismith Award and Wooden Award as College Basketball's Player of the Year in 2002.

Ahead of being selected as the 2nd overall pick in the 2002 NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls, Williams' jersey number 22 was retired at Duke's Senior Day.
